At SIR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, then securely place them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to your nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment.
